* when making a booking request by electronic form, the availability of the requested accommodation at the time the request is made cannot be guaranteed. If the requested accommodation is not available, alternative accommodation solutions of the same standard will be made to you. |

| Remarks relating to your booking | ||

|
For any
European Snow Pride booking made before the 6th February, only 25% of the total amount of your holiday is required to confirm your reservation. The outstanding balance is due on or before the 6th February (45 days before the beginning of the event).
For any booking, Tignes Reservation will add 10€ processing fees (per file, not per person) on top of the total amount of your holiday. If your booking does not include an accommodation, the processing fees will be refunded to you after your payment (either deposit or full amount). To book the accommodation and options proposed on our web site, it is necesary to book the Event Pass.

We remind you that you will benefit from the cheapest prices, for your accommodation, Event Pass, lift pass and ski equipment by booking these options together, with us and in advance. If you buy these options late, separately or in resort they won't necessarily be available and if they are they will be more expensive !

| Important information to read carefully before proceeding with your online booking | ||

| Once you have clicked on one of the above booking links, a page will display with a yellow box on the top left: don't enter anything into the yellow area called "Chose your holiday options" and don't click on "New search". The accommodation corresponding to the link you have clicked on are displayed just below the yellow box. See picture on the right. |

If you want to explore several of the above booking links before proceeding to your online booking, you should think of emptying the basket (if it is not empty) before closing the Tignes Reservation page and clicking on another link. Otherwise you will always display the same page, regardless of the link you have clicked on (the page that will display is the page in which you have added something into the basket). To empty the basket, you should click on the bin, as described on the picture on the right. |

| For the online booking of a room at the Ecrin du Val Claret, of a suite at the Suites du Nevada or of the Special Offer (and only in these 3 cases), the Tignes Reservation booking system will ask you to select twice the number of people in your booking in the same page. Once from a drop down list called "Number of people" and a second time from another drop down list located just below, see picture on the right. If you don't select the same number of people into these 2 drop down lists, you won't be able to proceed with your booking. |  |
