The Event Pass allows you to get access to the following events and activities of the European Snow Pride programme: • Welcome Cocktail and Buffet on Saturday evening (3 drinks and full buffet inclusive, prepared by the Michelin star chef Jean-Michel Bouvier) served in the Withney, the superb lounge and bar of the Suites du Nevada, Tignes' best hotel. • Ski/snowboard guided groups ** to ski or board together with the other European Snow Pride guests in the company of our volunteers (participants to the ski groups must have a very good level and be able to go down easily a black run) • Access to the privatised terrace of our mountain restaurants at lunch time each day * • Apres-ski each day on a large South facing terrace at the bottom of the slopes. Hot tubs, DJ sets and peformances • Giant ES Pool Party in the amazing "Lagon", Tignes’ pool, spa and fitness center stretching over 5000 sqm, accessible without any restriction and with no supplement and no registration to all passholders • DJ parties, hosted by Europe’s most famous gay clubs and DJs • After hours for those who want more and don't want to go sleeping once our parties are over • Fancy dress parties and awards for the best costumes • Cabaret, Piano bar and Chill out & games evenings lunch with a supplement * The Event Pass allows free admission to this activity. However, for security reasons, a good skiing/snowboarding level is required and for organisation reasons, you will be requested to register each day to join one of the guided groups, on a first arrived, first registered basis. If you have a good skiing/snowboarding level and want to secure your place in a European Snow Pride exclusive group, without having to register each day, we recommend that you subscribe in advance to our 'Espace Killy Exploration' option (with a supplement), which will be led by ski instructors of our partner ski school. For more details about the 'Espace Killy Exploration' option, please click here... If you have a beginner or intermediate level, access to the ski/snowboard guided groups and to the 'Espace Killy Exploration' option won't be possible. If you want to ski with a group together with other European Snow Pride guests, we recommend that you subscribe in advance to our European Snow Pride excusive ski/snowboard lessons, led by the ski instructors of our partner ski school. The Event Pass also allows you to: • get a free drink at our après-ski, DJ parties, after hour parties and at the Giant ES Pool Party • benefit from our negociated and discounted rates for your lift pass, ski equipment hire and for the Lagon week access pass (access to the pool, spa and gym throughout the week) • buy the European Snow Pride drink tokens, which will allow you to order your drinks in most of our event venues at negociated and discounted prices • subscribe to the options available on the European Snow Pride web site (these options, including the accommodation, cannot be booked without the Event Pass)




09.00 - 22.00	Customer Service / Welcome Desk: Collection of the welcome packs that contain the European Snow Pride options booked in advance	The guests who have booked their accommodation with us will collect their welcome pack directly from the reception of their hotel or residence. The guests who have booked their accommodation on their own or who don't have an accommodation in their Tignes Reservation booking, will collect their welcome pack from our Customer Service-point n°1 In the unlikely case there is anything missing in your welcome pack, please go directly to Customer Service-point n°1. The Customer Service-point n°1 is located in the tourist office of Val Claret (upper side), close to the Nevada residence and opposite the Suites du Nevada hotel.
