Our 2-star hotel Terril Blanc, open since 1967, is part of the history of Tignes. It is located in Tignes le Lac, a few steps from the Lagon (venue of our Pool Parties) and Strike (venue of our Pride party).
It is the 2nd hotel in France to get the “Friendly” label rewarding its commitments to LGBT people.
The hotel Terril Blanc welcomes you in a colorful and warm setting. It is ideally located on the shore of Lake Tignes offering an amazing view on the lake, the ‘Tufs’ and ‘Grand Motte’ mountains. Sincerity and simplicity are our signature. You are here like at home.
The hotel is close to the shops and restaurants of Tignes and the pistes are at 150m. The free Tignes shuttle stops just in front of the hotel, taking you in 5 minutes to Val Claret and its glacier, or to take you back after a day of skiing.
The rooms are available on a bed and breakfast basis and are offered in single or 2-people occupancy. Most of them offer an exceptional and unique view of the lake, the ‘Tufs’ and the ‘Grande Motte’ mountains.

Bars and restaurant
During your holiday, you have to visit us at the bar. Facing the lake with a breathtaking view, it is open from 4pm to 9pm. Come and have an aperitif or share a generous aperitif board with friends and the magic will work !!!
The restaurant room, located right next to the reception, has an amazing view of the lake and the ‘Tufs’ and the ‘Grande Motte’ mountains! The buffet-style breakfast is served from 7:30am to 10am. After breakfast and before going skiing, we advise you to spend a short moment on the terrace : you will be amazed by the beautiful panorama.

The rooms we offer are located at the 2nd floor and have a balcony. They are all South facing (view of the lake) or South-West/East facing (view of the mountains) with a breathtaking view of the lake or the’Tufs’ and ‘Grande Motte’ mountains. They are 15 sqm (single rooms) to 20sqm (double/twin and triple rooms) and are available in single occupancy (1 person, 1 double bed), twin occupancy (2 people, 2 single beds) or double occupancy (2 people, 1 double bed).
They are decorated with care and attention and reflect the cocooning spirit of the Terril Blanc!
They are equipped with bathroom, separate toilet, WiFi and connected TV (only for the single/double/twin rooms).
